Ruben Loftus-Cheek is a English Footballer plays for current English Premiere league Champions Chelsea in a Midfield position.
Ruben is a Chelsea academy product only John Terry is the last one to break through the academy in Chelsea shirt.

As this is my second article on my blog so i thought i should start with new rising star who came from youth ranks of Chelsea and made his debut against Sporting Lisbon replacing Cesc Fabregas at Stamford Bridge.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek is a complete Footballer. He has worked really hard and impress many in his youth ranks and been successful in catching a eye of Mourinho and his staff who are not really famous of introducing youngster's to first team from academy.
Mourinho speaks highly of him and see Loftus-Cheek as an upcoming England International and on previous occasions attracted interest from Manchester City, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Loftus-Cheek joined Chelsea at the age of 8. Loftus-Cheek captained Chelsea U18 as the won
FA Youth Cup and he was a regular starter for U21 side and helped them wining Under-21 Premier League.
He started his first game against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge played for 60 minutes and he recorded 100% pass completion.
He play with calmness does not panic on the ball. He has good decision making eye with the ball and for sure it will improve in coming years. He seems like a deep lying play maker with a cover to back four which Mourinho usually want in his team.

Defender Ivanovic said: " We have a great generation of young players. They improve during training with us and they can be competitive in the team. They make our squad bigger and in the future we can really think about them. It's great.
" They can be good. It's not just Ruben. We have minimum of five-six players who can be in our squad and it is great for the manager to give them chance to play

Football pundits are comparing him to Ex-Arsenal Skipper Vieira as Loftus-Cheek looks very keen to get into goal scoring positions and he is not even afraid of making tackles. The tackle he made on Coutinho against Liverpool in his first start reminded of Vieira to many.
Now Jose Mourinho is looking to stay at Chelsea for a long time and he want's youth to come up and play in the first team and he want's Chelsea to become a Fort of young talent so we hope Loftus Cheek can really prove us what he is capable off and all football lover's would like to see new Vieira playing free flowing football, scoring goals, creating chances and making clean tackles.
As mourinho said once he should be blame for if this new young exciting talent could not break into the first team of England so i think there is more to come from Ruben Loftus-Cheek lets keep our finger's crossed.
